Where: Committee meetings are held in the Council Shop (22 High Street).

When: The usual starting time for all meetings is 7pm.

With the exception of Planning, there are normally no meetings in August.

• Play Areas and equipment
• Amenity Areas/Open Spaces
• Street Furniture
• Bus Shelters
  

Meets normally on the 1st Monday after Full Council

Responsibilities

• Agreeing recommendations to District Council on all planning applications for Cam.
  
  
• Monitoring decisions made by District Council.
  
  
• Discussing, monitoring and responding to as appropriate strategic planning matters, e.g. Stroud District Local Plan, County Structure Plan, local regeneration proposals etc.
  
  
• Monitoring and reporting highway problems.
  
  
• Public Rights of Way
  

Meets quarterly by arrangement and additionally as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Formulating budgets for decision by Full Council
• Monitoring budgets
• Financial planning
• Staffing matters
• Administrative matters
• Premises matters
• Other matters of a general nature referred from time to time by Full Council
